Saleem Mohamed

Saleem Mohamed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and implementation analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Ivy Mobility since June 2016, Saleem is responsible for engaging with clients to gather business requirements, collaborating with development teams for project delivery, and ensuring user acceptance while minimizing issues. Prior to this role, Saleem worked as an Implementation Analyst at Implementation Engineers from February 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included training sales personnel on Sales Force Automation (SFA) to facilitate order processing through mobile devices. Saleem holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2012, and attended Wesely Higher Secondary School from 1989 to 2009.
