Amy Bilbrey

Amy Bilbrey, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Amy started their career at MutualBank in 2005 and held the position of Senior HR Administrator and later as Senior Human Resources Administrator until April 2020. Following that, they joined Northwest Bank as an Employee Services Analyst in April 2020 and worked there until March 2021. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Ivy Tech Community College since March 2021.

Amy Bilbrey, SHRM-CP holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ivy Tech Community College-East Central, obtained between 2002 and 2005. Amy is also certified as a Mastering EQ Level 1 Certified Trainer by TalentSmartEQ and holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification awarded by SHRM, both obtained in unspecified years.
