Gretchen Keller

Gretchen Keller has over 17 years of experience in planning and engagement roles. Gretchen started their career at AuthorHouse as an Author Services Representative, where they handled consultative sales, marketing, and management functions. Gretchen then joined Employment Plus as a Staffing Specialist, responsible for recruitment and selection activities. Gretchen quickly rose to the position of Branch Manager, managing regional branch operations. In 2006, Gretchen joined Ivy Tech Community College as the Assistant to the Chancellor, where they primarily handled event planning and management responsibilities. Gretchen later served as the Assistant to the President, Assistant Director of Event Planning and Engagement, and Assistant Director of Planning and Engagement, collaborating with senior leadership and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Planning & Engagement, overseeing communications and messaging to internal and external audiences.

Gretchen Keller completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) in General Studies from Ivy Tech Community College-Bloomington from 2005 to 2007. Gretchen later pursued online courses at Franklin University from 2011 to 2013, working towards a degree in Organization Communication, which they are expected to finish in December. In addition to their academic achievements, Gretchen has obtained multiple certifications, including being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021. Gretchen also acquired certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change, Balancing Work and Life, and PowerPoint: Silicon Valley Presentation Secrets.
