Kim Allman

Kim Allman currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Ivy Tech Community College since September 2021. Previously, Kim held various roles at the Indiana Department of Transportation, including Human Resources Director and Regional HR Director for Central Office, from May 2017 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Field Human Resources Director for Small Agencies at the Indiana State Personnel Department from April 2009 to April 2017, and as a Human Resources Specialist at the Indiana Department of Transportation from April 2006 to April 2009. Kim's career began in October 1991 at the Indiana Department of Homeland Security as Human Resources Director, following roles as Compensation Analyst and Training Coordinator at the Indiana State Personnel Department. Kim also served as a Governor's Fellow at the Office of the Governor - State of Indiana from July 1984 to July 1985. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Ball State University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
