Matthew Etchison

Matt Etchison is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Ivy Tech Community College since February 2016. Under Matt's leadership, the college underwent significant digital transformation, including the largest rollout of Salesforce CRM in Higher Education, the implementation of Workday HCM/Finance, and the launch of an award-winning mobile app. Prior to Ivy Tech, Matt held the position of Senior Group Manager of Software Testing at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, leading a team in software testing and integration across various cloud platforms. Matt began their career as a systems administrator at Irwin Mortgage, managing enterprise messaging systems. Matt holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University.
