Patrick Englert

Patrick Englert, Ph.D., serves as the Chancellor and Interim Chancellor at Ivy Tech Community College South Bend-Elkhart since March 2024 and December 2022, respectively. Prior to this, Patrick held multiple positions at Bellarmine University from September 2008 to December 2022, including Associate Vice President of Student Affairs and Assistant Professor of Higher Education Leadership. Patrick's career in higher education also includes roles at Sullivan University as Director of Housing and Residence Life and Assistant Director of Housing from March 2005 to September 2008. Patrick's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Education and Social Change from Bellarmine University (2012-2018), a Master of Education in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Louisville (2005-2007), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western Kentucky University (1999-2004).
