Ryan Johnson

Ryan Johnson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ryan began their career as a Computer Information Systems Tech/E-4 in the US Air Force from 1993 to 1996. After that, they worked as an MIS Specialist at Muncie Indiana Transit System from 1998 to 2003. Ryan then joined the City of Indianapolis as a GIS Analyst from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they worked as a Front End Project Manager/Estimator at Redirections Sign & Design from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they also owned TJ's Screen Printing from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they started working at Ivy Tech Community College as a Student Advisor, and later held positions such as Adjunct Faculty, Director of Institutional Research, and Assistant Director of Institutional Research until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Ivy Tech Community College, and subsequently became the Director of Business Intelligence from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Business Intelligence at Ivy Tech Community College.

Ryan Johnson, MBA has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Ryan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Ryan further pursued their education at Ivy Tech Community College, where they received an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Software Development from 2018 to 2021. In addition, they obtained a Technical Certificate in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College from 1991 to 1993. Moreover, Ryan received two certificates in 2020 from Ivy Tech Community College, specializing in Web Application Development and Web Fundamentals.
