J Stephen Lindsey FACHE's work experience includes a variety of roles and positions in different organizations. From 1995 to 1999, they served as the chairman at Manorhouse Retirement Centers, Inc. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Henrico Doctors' Hospital at HCA from 1979 to 1995. J Stephen also has previous military experience as a captain in the U S Army from 1970 to 1972.

J Stephen Lindsey FACHE received a Diploma in General studies from Sweetwater Union High School in 1965. J Stephen then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business & Finance at Louisiana State University from 1965 to 1969. In 1975, they completed their education by obtaining a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
