Waleed Emad

Waleed Emad is a results-driven finance executive with over 17 years of experience in finance, auditing, internal controls, and executive leadership. Currently serving as Group CFO at IW EXPRESS since 2023, Waleed leads business strategy, financial planning, and group operations. Previously, Waleed held significant roles including Head of Internal Audit at First Brokerage Company and Auditor at Baker Tilly International, demonstrating strong expertise in IFRS, taxation, and corporate governance. Waleed holds multiple degrees from Helwan University Cairo, along with a membership in the Egyptian Society for Auditing and Accounting.
