Christoph Langer

Christoph Langer has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Christoph has held various roles in companies such as IWB Industrielle Werke Basel, Swiss International Air Lines, Roche, SBB CFF FFS, Lufthansa, and Basler Kantonalbank.

At IWB Industrielle Werke Basel, Christoph currently works as a Product Owner, Business & Data Solutions since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Business Analyst, Digital Customer Solutions starting from September 2020.

Before joining IWB, Christoph was a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Swiss International Air Lines from November 2019 to July 2020.

At Roche, Christoph worked in different capacities. Christoph started as a Quality Manager HR Processes from January 2014 to December 2016. Christoph Langer's education history begins in 2004 when they attended the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they obtained a Vordiplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften in 2007. In 2006, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), studying Business Administration and Management, General for one year.

In 2007, Christoph returned to the University of Amsterdam and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics, which they completed in 2010. Later, in 2011, they attended the same university to pursue a Master of Science in Business Studies, which they received in 2012.

In 2018, Christoph obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Change Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

In addition to their formal education, Christoph has acquired several certifications. Christoph became a Registered Scrum Master™ through Agile Education by Scrum Inc.™ in December 2021. Christoph has also completed a certification course in "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and "Agile Foundations" from LinkedIn in October 2019. Prior to that, in August 2019, they obtained a certification in "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn.

Christoph has also pursued certifications in Lean Six Sigma. Christoph has obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from SECORA Productivity Consultants, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Secora Consulting, though the exact dates of completion are not provided.
