Joe Wittwer

Joe Wittwer started their work experience in 2004 as an Internal Recruiter at Adecco, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined K+S, Kappeler und Studerus AG as a Senior Consultant until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Joe worked at Würth AG, Schweiz as a Manager Recruiting. In 2018, they took a sabbatical from work and travelled the world. Later in 2018, Joe joined IWB Industrielle Werke Basel as an HR Business Partner, a position they currently hold.

Joe Wittwer has a diverse educational background with a focus on Human Resources and Management. In 2011, they attended AKAD and obtained an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Human Resources. Joe then furthered their studies by pursuing an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Management and Leadership at NSH Basel from 2015 to 2017. In 2020, Joe Wittwer attended Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz and completed a CAS in Business Partnering, specializing in Human Resources, in 2021.
