Melanie Liniger

Melanie Liniger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melanie is currently working as an HR Fachspezialistin at IWB Industrielle Werke Basel since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at Home Instead from March 2020 to June 2021. Melanie also served as an Assistentin GL at Smart Building Solutions from July 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining Smart Building Solutions, Melanie worked at Le Patron Orior Menu AG, where they held two roles: Stv. Leiterin HR from April 2018 to June 2019 and HR-Fachfrau from November 2010 to June 2019. Earlier in their career, they were a Personalsachbearbeiterin at Kantonsspital Baselland from February 2008 to September 2010.

Later, from 2002 to 2003, they attended Handelsschule KV Basel without completing a degree, but focusing on becoming a Personalsachbearbeiterin. Melanie furthered their education by enrolling in the Amt für Berufsberatung in Liestal, where they completed a Berufsbildnerkurs for KV apprentices from an unspecified start year until 2009. Finally, from 2011 to 2012, they studied at Handelsschule KV Basel, obtaining a degree as an HR-Fachfrau.
