Stephan Renz

Stephan Renz has extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as a member of the Verwaltungsrat at IWB Industrielle Werke Basel since 2018 and as Geschäftsführer of Beratung Renz Consulting since October 1988. Renz has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer on district heating at ETH Zürich from 1983 to 1995. Previous roles include assistant to the managing director at Feintool (1986-1988), project manager at Sulzer Energieconsulting AG (1982-1986), and scientific assistant at the Bundesamt für Umwelt BAFU in 1982. Renz holds a Diplom in technischen Betriebswissenschaften and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschineningenieurwesen from ETH Zürich.
