Thomas Hochstrasser

Thomas Hochstrasser's work experience begins in 1984 at Sport Gerspach, where they worked as a Fakturist and in sales until 1987. From 1987 to 1989, they worked at Schweizerischer Bankverein, coordinating office communication. Thomas then joined Stöcklin Logistik in 1989 as the Head of Human Resources until 1995. Since 1995, Thomas has been working at IWB Industrielle Werke Basel as the Head of HR Services, responsible for compensation management, HR systems, HR controlling, and strategic projects. Thomas also oversees payroll and ensures data quality.

Thomas Hochstrasser has a diverse educational background with a range of qualifications and training. Thomas is currently engaged in various leadership and specialized training programs, which they have been pursuing since 1995. In 2011, they completed a course in Personalcontrolling at Euroforum.
