Dana Ohnsorg

Dana Ohnsorg has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Dana began their career at GE Capital, where they held various managerial positions in benefits and compensation. Dana then worked at Emerson Electric as the Director of HRIS, Benefits, and Compensation. After that, they joined SoftLink, Inc as a Consultant, specializing in HRIS implementations. Dana later worked at Chapel Hill Academy as the Admissions Director and Development Assistant. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources Operations at IWCO Direct, where they are responsible for overseeing the HRIS and benefits programs, as well as participating in acquisition activities. Throughout their career, Dana has demonstrated proficiency in implementing software systems and re-engineering processes for increased efficiency.

Dana Ohnsorg earned a BA/AA degree in Business Administration/Comp Programming from Northwest Nazarene University between 1978 and 1982.
