Anna Staal

Anna Staal has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anna began their career as a Tax and Payroll Services Trainee at Deloitte & Touche in 2002. Anna then worked as a Marketing Associate at Corporate Executive Board before joining Morgan Stanley as a Senior Recruitment Manager. Anna furthered their career at Renaissance Capital as the Head of Front Office Recruitment and later at HSBC as an Executive Sourcing Consultant for Senior Hires. Anna also worked as a Senior Consultant at Reveal Global Intelligence. In 2014, they joined IWG plc and held multiple roles including Senior Talent Director and European HR & Talent Director. Anna later became the Global HR Director - ER & Field Performance and the Senior Vice President HR Operations. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President Performance and Workforce Transformation at IWG plc. Anna is also a co-founder of the Strong Girl Foundation, where they provide coaching, guidance, and public speaking for career and personal development. Overall, Anna Staal possesses a diverse range of skills and experiences in HR, recruitment, and leadership roles.

Anna Staal began their education in 1998 at Stockholm University, where they studied psychology. Anna continued their studies at Karlstad University from 1999 to 2002, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
