Dancee Smith

Dancee Smith has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Director of Operations for the Americas at IWG plc since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dancee spent nearly 15 years at Regus, where responsibilities included Manager of Operations for North America, Junior Operations Project Manager, Debt Management Supervisor, and Billing Support Supervisor. Notable achievements include managing the migration from a Regional Service Center to a Global Service Center in Manila, Philippines, along with writing and reviewing procedure documents. Dancee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University, obtained between 1997 and 2004.
