Grant Tinker

Grant Tinker currently serves as Network Development Director at IWG plc since November 2023. Previously, Grant held the position of Director, Office Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2013 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing significant lease transactions in the City Fringe and completing notable projects such as a 3,600 sqm lease in Collingwood and an 8,500 sqm lease at 541 St Kilda Road. Prior to this, Grant was a Director, Office Leasing at CBRE from February 2005 to January 2013, gaining extensive experience in various markets. Grant began a career in commercial real estate as a Leasing Executive at Colliers-International from February 2001 to January 2005 after transitioning from residential real estate sales. Education was completed at Strathmore High School.
