Luke Chen

Luke Chen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an ITO Project Manager at IWG plc since November 2018. Prior to this role, Luke worked as an IT&T Engineer for Regus from December 2004 to November 2018, where responsibilities included the IT&T setup for new business center openings, coordinating daily IT&T issues for China centers, and delivering IT&T training to the center operation team. Luke began the career as a Club Concierge at The Portman Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai from July 2001 to December 2004. Educationally, Luke holds an Associate's degree in Hotel Management from the Shanghai Institute of Tourism, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and has further education from Open LAB.
