Sam James

Sam James has extensive experience in workplace recovery and client management, currently serving as the Global Workplace Recovery Operations Director and Product Specialist at IWG plc since June 2005. In this role, Sam oversees teams that assist clients in identifying their Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery needs during disruptions. Previously, Sam worked as a Corporate Account Manager, focusing on improving clients' real estate portfolios and enhancing client satisfaction and retention. Sam began a career in the US Army from April 1992 to April 1996, providing essential support in petroleum logistics for operational readiness. Sam holds educational credentials from Kansas State University and A&M Consolidated High School.
