Stephany Yax has been working in the supply chain and customer service industry since 2011. Stephany started their career at HEB as a Community Coordinator Assistant and Business Center Rep in 2011. In 2015, they interned for the Virtual and Shipping Department at Protect Plus Industries, where they were part of the shipping team and helped with order processing, fulfillment, and shipping. Stephany also collected data to define opportunities and challenges. In 2016, Stephany moved to KlassCo, where they worked as a Logistics & CS Specialist. Since 2018, they have been working at iwi, where they have held the roles of Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain & Customer Service Supervisor, and Supply Chain & Customer Service.
Stephany Yax attended the University of Houston from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Stephany also obtained certifications from Walmart eCommerce for the On Time In Full (OTIF) - 8th & Walton Program, and from the University of Houston for Strategic Sourcing.
