David Conrad

David Conrad has extensive experience in the field of Hematopathology, currently serving as the Division Head at IWK Health and a consultant for the same department. Additionally, David holds a position as an Associate Professor at Dalhousie University. Prior to these roles, David has served as a Hematopathologist at Nova Scotia Health Authority since 2011, where David started as a Resident Physician. David has a strong background in pathology and is dedicated to their work in the healthcare industry.
