Andy Palmer

Andy Palmer is a Pensions Advisory Partner at BDO UK LLP, bringing over twenty years of expertise in employer covenant advice for pension scheme trustees and sponsoring employers, from SMEs to FTSE100 companies. They have extensive experience in areas such as valuations, asset-backed funding proposals, and corporate transactions, and are a licensed insolvency practitioner specializing in pensions-led corporate restructuring. Previously, Andy served as Chair of the Employer Covenant Practitioners Association and has held positions at NatWest, Zolfo Cooper LLP, and AlixPartners Services LLP, where they provided financial advisory and restructuring services. Andy holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Birmingham City University.
