Fiona Condron

Fiona Condron is an Audit Partner at BDO UK and serves as the National Head of Charities, bringing over two decades of experience in the third sector. Previously, they held the position of Director at BDO LLP and Senior Audit Manager at both BDO UK LLP and Deloitte, where they managed a diverse portfolio of clients. Fiona is passionate about delivering high-quality external audits to leading UK charities and social enterprises, and they are also the Vice Chair of the ICAEW Charities & Voluntary Committee. In addition to their professional responsibilities, they are a member of the Board of Trustees at Compaid and have actively contributed to the field through presenting at seminars and publishing articles on charity accounting and governance. Fiona earned a BA Hons in Modern Languages from the University of Bradford.
