Rob Worrall

Rob Worrall has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on leadership and operations. Rob started their career in 2006 as a Senior People and Development Manager at CMS Cameron McKenna. From there, they worked at Clyde & Co LLP, where they held various roles such as Head of HR Operations and Head of International HR. In 2014, they joined FTI Consulting as the Director of HR for EMEA. In 2017, they moved to BDO, initially serving as the HR Director and later as the Head of People. Overall, Rob Worrall has extensive experience in HR management, particularly in law firms and consulting companies.

Rob Worrall earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Sunderland, which they completed between 1991 and 1995.
