Sharon Tayfield

Sharon Tayfield has extensive experience in the payroll and outsourcing industry. Sharon worked as a Director of Global Payroll Services at BDO UK LLP from January 2019 to the present, where they were responsible for overseeing payroll services on a global scale. Prior to this, they served as an Account Manager in the Global Outsourcing division of the same company from March 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining BDO UK LLP, Tayfield worked at Praxima International as the Chief Operating Officer from December 2013 to February 2017. Sharon played a key role in expanding the company's payroll and HR services in South Africa and other regions. Additionally, they were responsible for developing an integrated payroll and HR solution.

From 2012 to 2013, Tayfield worked at Celergo LLC as the Manager of Operations. In this position, they managed the UK operations of a global payroll service provider and oversaw compliance, training, and client account management.

Prior to joining Celergo, Tayfield held various roles at Praxima Africa Payroll Systems, including Professional Consultant from September 2010 to April 2012 and Director of Operations from June 2001 to August 2010. Tayfield also served as a Non-Executive Director at F1 in Schools (South Africa) from 2007 to 2011, where they focused on promoting engineering and mathematics careers to students.

Earlier in their career, Tayfield held financial roles at Domayne Property Managers and AMPROS Property Managers. Sharon served as the Financial Director at Domayne Property Managers in 2000 and as the Joint Managing Director at AMPROS Property Managers from 1999 to 2000.

Their earliest experience in the industry was at Anglo American Property Services, where they worked as the Financial Director from 1988 to 2000.
