Vicky Lockhart

Vicky Lockhart currently serves as the Head of Operations and People at BDO UK LLP, a role that includes managing the end-to-end people proposition with responsibilities in candidate attraction, retention, development, and workforce planning, along with recruitment, citizenship, charity, diversity and inclusion, and communications.
