Dinesh Kumar

Dinesh Kumar serves as the Executive Director at the Institute for Resource Analysis and Policy since August 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing research, consulting, training activities, fundraising, and financial management. In addition, Dinesh is a member of the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Water Resources Development and holds multiple editorial roles, including Section Editor for Water Resources and Hydrology at PLOS Water Journal and Associate Editor for Water Policy with IWA Publishing. Dinesh is also engaged with the International Water Resources Association as Executive Director and maintains active involvement with various organizations, focusing on land and water management in the North Gujarat region. Dinesh holds multiple degrees in civil engineering and water management, with a Ph.D. in water management in river basins from Sardar Patel University.
