Phuc Ngo Dinh

Phuc Ngo Dinh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2007, Phuc worked as a Computer Technician at Telisoft SAS until 2009. In 2010, they joined the Dipartimento della Protezione Civile as a Helpdesk Analyst, and later transitioned to the role of System Administrator from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Phuc joined Matrixx SRL as a System Administrator until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they worked at IWS Consulting IT Advisory Company, first as a System Engineer from 2014 to 2016, and currently as the Head of Support&Operations Services.

Phuc Ngo Dinh completed their Diploma Liceo Scientifico at LSS Aristotele from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in September 2016, the Commvault Certified Professional from Commvault in February 2015, the Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft in April 2012, the CSNA - Certified Stormshield Network Administrator from Stormshield in October 2016, and the CCNA Routing & Switching from Cisco in March 2014.
