Paul Bowler is the Founder and Managing Director of Winchester Distillery, a position held since May 2014. Bowler also serves as a Judge for the International Wine & Spirit Competition since June 2017. Bowler holds an MBA from The Open University and various certifications in wine and spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, along with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Brighton.
