Paulo Brammer

Paulo Brammer is currently working as a Product Director Partner at Berkmann Brasil, the Bourgogne Official Wine Ambassador at Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne, and the South America Ambassador at IWSC - Club Oenologique. Prior to this, Paulo founded Eno Cultura, an organization that offers internationally recognized qualifications in wines and spirits. With a background in hospitality management, Paulo has experience as the Head of Wines, Spirits, and Beers at ETM Group London, General Manager at Glorious Group, and General Manager/Head Sommelier at W'Sens - Maison Pourcel. Paulo holds various wine and spirits education degrees from institutions like Wine Scholar Guild and Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
