Victoria Sharples is a highly experienced wine industry professional with a strong background in wine operations and judging. Currently serving as the Group Head of Wine at Fallow Restaurant and an International Judge for the Michelangelo International Wine & Spirits Awards, Victoria also operates as a Wine & Restaurant Operations Consultant for Aperivino Belsize. Former roles include Founder of Swains Wine Bar & Store, and Head of Wine Operations at St John Restaurant Co Ltd, where management of strategic wine business initiatives was key. As a long-standing Panel Chair and Senior Judge at William Reed Ltd, Victoria has significantly contributed to the International Wine Challenge and has held various judging and mentoring positions in several prestigious wine competitions. Education includes candidacy at the Institute of Masters of Wine from 2013 to 2015, underscoring a commitment to professional development within the wine sector.
