Will Hill is an experienced wine professional with a diverse background in various roles within the wine industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Novel Wines since January 2024, Will also contributes as a Wine Judge for Decanter, IWSC - Club Oenologique, and London Competitions. Previous positions include Wine Buyer and Merchandiser at Honest Grapes, Group Wine Buyer and Educator at Humble Grape, and Senior Wine Buyer and Accounts Manager at Albion Wine Shippers. Will's early career featured roles as General Manager at Thakadu Game Lodge and LE DI VIN. Educational credentials include a Level 4 Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a Specialist in Italian Wines from the UK Sommelier Association.
