Noor Mohd Helmi Nong Hadzmi

Noor Mohd Helmi Nong Hadzmi has had a long and varied career in the telecommunications industry. Noor Mohd Helmi began their career in 2003 as an Engineer, Network Operation at AtlasONE Sdn Bhd. In 2004, they moved to AirAsia as Manager, Network & Communication. In 2009, they became CEO of IX Telecom. In 2018, they were appointed Adjunct Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and Industrial Advisory Panel for Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Malaya. In 2019, they were appointed Adjunct Professor Faculty of Engineering & Built Environment at National University of Malaysia (UKM) and Independent Director at RunCloud. In 2020, they became Non Executive Director at Multimedia University and in 2022 they were appointed Adjunct Professor at Multimedia University.

Noor Mohd Helmi Nong Hadzmi's education history includes completing an American Degree Program at Universiti Teknologi MARA from 1997 to 1998, followed by a SPM in Science Stream at Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman (STAR), Ipoh from 1995 to 1996. Noor Mohd Helmi then obtained a BEng in Telecommunication from Multimedia University from 1998 to 2002. In 2015, they attended Stanford University for a Stanford Center for Professional Development in Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for Business Analytics & Big Data. Noor Mohd Helmi is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Multimedia University, which they began in 2021. Noor Mohd Helmi also has a number of certifications from PADI, including Master Scuba Diver, Specialty Diver - Emergency Oxygen Provider, Specialty Diver - Deep Diver, Specialty Diver - Fish Identification, Specialty Diver - Night Diver, Specialty Diver - Enriched Air Diver, Rescue Diver, Emergency First Response, Advanced Open Water Diver, and Open Water Diver. Additionally, they have certifications from Juniper Networks, including Juniper Network Certified Internet Associates - Enterprise Routing (JNCIA-ER), Juniper Network Certified Internet Associates - Enterprise Switching (JNCIA-EX), Juniper Network Certified Internet Specialist - Enterprise Routing (JNCIS-ER), and Juniper Network Certified Internet Specialist - Enhanced Services (JNCIS-ES).
