Shannon Hartsfield

Pro Account Manager Shannon Hartsfield works with the sales and marketing teams on inside sales and corporate relationship building. Shannon makes sure Ixcela’s pro partners have everything they need to use Ixcela in their businesses. She helps pros navigate the pro partnership, takes them through training, and supports them in using the Ixcela test with their clients.

Shannon majored in neuroscience and psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder. During her undergraduate studies, she worked in a variety of research labs including molecular, cellular, and developmental biology, social neuroscience and games, phages, genetics, neuroanatomy, chemistry, organic chemistry, perception, and social science.

Because she is passionate about evidence-based and data-supported holistic health and wellness innovations, Shannon is proud to provide practitioners with technology that offers measurable and actionable health insights to improve the lives of others. Shannon believes that the more information people have about their bodies, the better people can understand health and how to comprehensively address wellness challenges.
