Michelle Lax

Michelle Lax has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle is currently working at IXICO as the Vice President of Imaging since August 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations at IXICO plc since October 2012. Before joining IXICO, Michelle worked at GE Healthcare where they held various roles including New Business Manager, Head of PET Operations, and Technology Project Leader/Project Director. Michelle also worked as a Molecular Imaging Physicist at GE Healthcare. Michelle started their career as a Medical Physicist at QMC Hospital, Nottingham in 2001 and then worked as a Nuclear Medicine Physicist at United Lincolnshire Hospital from 2002 to 2005. Michelle has a strong background in clinical operations, imaging, and healthcare technology.

Michelle Lax obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham between 1997 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Medical Physics from The University of Sheffield from 2000 to 2001.
