Charles Chavis

Charles Chavis has experience working as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at IXL Learning since 2022. Prior to that, they worked in the same role at Real Chemistry from 2020 to 2022, where they gained proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform and software testing methodologies. Before transitioning to quality assurance, Charles worked as a Web Developer from 2019 to 2020, focusing on PHP, JavaScript, and React application development.

Charles Chavis holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University. Charles then pursued an Advanced Software Engineering Residency program specializing in Full-Stack Javascript Development at Rutgers University, which they completed in 2019. Prior to that, Charles also obtained another BA degree in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified Tester at the Foundation Level, which they obtained from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in December 2021. Charles also completed a course titled "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" offered by Coursera in collaboration with Google in May 2021.
