Jacky Herman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jacky started their career at South Coogee Primary School in 2000 as Head Librarian and worked there until 2002. In 2003, they joined the same school as an Integration Coordinator and worked until 2005. In 1999, Jacky began their teaching career at Emanuel School as a Classroom Teacher ST1, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to the present, Jacky has worked at Matific, initially as Regional Manager NZ & WA, and later taking on roles such as Matific Regional Manager NSW and NT, Regional Sales Manager NSW, WA & NT, and Regional Manager and Education Advisor. Most recently, Jacky joined IXL Learning in 2023 as the Educational Sales Lead for Australia.
Jacky Herman attended Strathfield South High School from 1979 to 1984. Following this, from 1984 to 1987, they studied at the Sydney Institute of Education, where they obtained a Diploma of Teaching (K-6) in the field of Primary Education.
