Katharine Sen

Katharine Sen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katharine currently works as an Email Marketing Specialist at IXL Learning since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Team Lead at Another Planet Entertainment starting from 2018.

In 2022, Katharine worked at Asana as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. In this role, they led 70+ lifecycle marketing campaigns and conducted A/B tests to optimize campaign messaging. Katharine also evaluated business hindsights and developed SaaS marketing strategies using Tableau.

Before Asana, Katharine was a Digital Marketing Senior Educator at COOP from December 2021 to July 2022 and a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at Foodnome from June 2021 to October 2021. Katharine also worked as a Communications Coordinator at Eastwind Books Of Berkeley from November 2020 to June 2021.

Earlier in their career, Katharine held the position of Financial Aid Assistant at California College of the Arts from 2018 to 2019 and worked as a Transportation Attendant at the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2019.

Katharine started their professional journey as a Retention Coordinator at REACH! Asian/Pacific Islander Retention & Recruitment Center and later transitioned into an Outreach Intern role from 2016 to 2018.

Katharine Sen completed their Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science at the University of California, Berkeley from 2014 to 2018. In 2021, they pursued a COOP Apprentice program, focusing on Digital Marketing. Additionally, Katharine obtained several certifications including Snapchat Advertising Essentials, Apple Search Ads Certified, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification. The certifications were acquired in April and May of 2021 from respected institutions such as Snap Inc., Apple, and Google.
