Julie Hayman

Julie Hayman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at IXOM since January 2023, Julie previously held the same title at Aggreko from September 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, Julie was a Human Resources Manager at ITW Construction Asia Pacific from January 2013 to September 2018 and at ITW Buildex from March 2008 to December 2012. Julie began the HR career as an HR Advisor at GALE PACIFIC LIMITED, where employment spanned from April 1998 to March 2008. Julie holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University, which was completed in 2006.
