Marc Phillips

Marc Phillips has over 25 years of experience in operations and management within the chemical and manufacturing industries. Currently an Operations Team Lead at IXOM since March 2015, Marc specializes in training and mentoring new operators in various digital control systems and plant operations, alongside managing Permit to Work processes. Prior to IXOM, Marc served at Orica from January 2001 to February 2015, where roles included Production Superintendent and Operations Team Lead, focusing on production and shutdown planning. Marc's career began as an Industrial Electrician at S.S. Electrics, followed by a position as a Maintenance Electrician at Herald and Weekly Times.
