Laurent Montagny

Laurent Montagny serves as the COO at IXON since 2022, overseeing all operational activities and spearheading the group's transformation plan. Previously, from 2017 to 2022, Laurent held the position of Operation Director and Site Manager at NEWELL Brands, managing site operations encompassing production, quality, customer service, logistics, and HR. Laurent has also worked at LPG SYSTEMS as Director of Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations, focusing on supply chain management and continuous improvement initiatives. Other notable roles include Manager of Procurement Europe at TALIS GROUP and Supply Chain Manager at ATLANTIC PLASTICS - TYCO Waterworks UK. Laurent possesses a Master's degree in Production & Operations Management from IAE Caen and several certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, reflecting a strong background in operational efficiency and supply chain optimization.
