Felix Cheung has been working in various industries since 2002. Felix began their career as an Interpreter at Regal Restaurant in 2004, and then as a Website Designer & Administrator at the Complex Plasma Laboratory at the University of Sydney in 2002. In 2006, they were employed as a Website Designer at Hair Flash Studio, a Graphics Designer at BVIO Hair Extension, a Logo Designer at Meridian Hotel Bistro, and a Website Designer at Jin Yan Zhuang Bird Nest. In 2005, Felix was a Finalist of the World Year of Physics Art Competition at Macquarie University. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Nature Publishing Group as an Editor of Nature China, Editor and Writer of Nature Index 2014 China, and Editor of Nature Publishing Index -- China. In 2017, Felix became the Founder and CEO of IXON Food Technology.
Felix Cheung has a diverse educational background. Felix obtained a Bachelor of Science (Adv Entry) from Flinders University in Mathematics/Physics/Earth Sciences from 1997 to 1998. Felix then continued their studies at Flinders University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics in 1999. Felix went on to receive a Doctor of Philosophy in Sciences from the University of Sydney from 2000 to 2005. Finally, they obtained a Master’s Degree in Food Analysis and Food Safety Management from Hong Kong Baptist University from 2013 to 2015. In addition, Cheung has two certifications from Pearsons School of Floristry: Introduction to Floristry I in July 2005 and Introduction to Floristry II in May 2006.
