Hailey Pobanz

Hailey Pobanz has extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. Hailey is currently the Director of Sales, EMEA at iXsystems. Prior to this, they worked at GitLab as an Area Sales Manager, SMB EMEA and as an Enterprise Sales Development Manager. Hailey also served as a Strategic Account Leader at GitLab. Hailey has also held positions at Framer, Wonderflow, and DoubleDutch, where they worked as a Strategic Account Manager, Director of Sales, and Senior Account Manager, respectively. Before entering the sales field, Hailey worked as a Director of Social Services at The Grove of Skokie and Alden Poplar Creek. Hailey also has experience as a Clinical Case Manager at VeraMax House and as a Medical Social Work Intern at San Francisco General Hospital and Institute on Aging.

Hailey Pobanz pursued their education with dedication, starting with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Hailey attended this institution from 2004 to 2008.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Hailey went on to excel in their chosen field by obtaining a Master of Social Work - MSW degree from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley. From 2008 to 2010, they focused their studies on Social Work with a concentration in Gerontology.
