Titou Minster is currently the Head of Product at RedSea, focusing on feeding the world sustainably. With a background in metallurgy and extensive experience in research and development, Titou has held various technical and managerial positions in companies such as Tata Steel in Europe and Special Metals. With a strong track record in process improvement and product development, Titou's expertise lies in driving innovation and managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-impact results. Additionally, Titou has a solid educational background with a BEng in Material Science and Engineering, an MPhil in Nanotechnology, and a Doctorate in Metallurgy from Swansea University.
