Olivier MacQuet

Olivier Macquet serves as the Head of Participations, Strategy, Finance and Legal at Ofi Invest since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of participations, overseeing Group M&A, and leading strategic transformation initiatives. Olivier is also a Non-Executive Board Member for multiple organizations, including Zencap Asset Management, SWEN Capital Partners, NEC Initiative, IZNES, and Épopée Gestion. Previous roles include Co-Head of Corporate Development at BNP Paribas Asset Management, where Olivier was involved in M&A transactions and strategic advisory. With a solid foundation in finance and strategy acquired through various precedents at BNP Paribas and Fortis Bank, Olivier holds multiple degrees including a Master's in International Corporate Strategy from ESSEC Business School and a Master's in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
