Ronn Ruiz

Ronn Ruiz has over twenty years of work experience, having started in 1996 as a Multi-Site Property Manager for Elkor Properties. Ronn then moved on to Fairfield Residential in 1998, followed by Globe Business Resources in 2000 as a Residential & Commercial Account Executive. In 2002, they became a Multi-Site Property Manager for Essex Property Trust, followed by Sales Manager at Dominion Enterprises in 2004. In 2010, they were a Regional Sales Director at Yardi Systems- Lead Tracking Solutions, and in 2012 they became the Vice President of Sales for Renter's Voice. In 2013, they co-founded Apartment SEO, a Certified Google Premier Partner and Full-Service Digital Marketing firm. In 2015, they founded ChuloChonies.com, and in 2016 they founded iZone Marketing, a Multi-Industry Full-Service Digital Marketing firm.

Ronn Ruiz is in the process of obtaining a Real Estate Salesperson License from The Realty Institute. Ronn has also obtained three additional certifications: a Google Partner Premier Agency from Google in October 2016, a Certified Marketing Consultant from the eMarketing Association in September 2015, and a Google Partner Agency from Google in August 2014.
