Michael Rudinsky is the Head Of Operations at Izwe Loans (Pty) Ltd, a position held since November 2007. Previously, Michael served as General Manager for Select Financial Services Kenya and Access Financial Services Uganda in a temporary assignment from December 2019 to April 2020. Michael's responsibilities included overseeing operations, ensuring staff training on products and systems, managing deal origination processes, and maintaining efficiency in deal turnaround times. As a super user of the Debtors Management System, Michael was instrumental in system testing and the management of client applications to optimize operational effectiveness.
