Stephanie Naidoo is an experienced business analyst and QA manager with a robust background in testing and software development. Currently employed at Izwe Africa Group since October 2019, Stephanie holds dual roles in business analysis and QE production support management. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at Blue Label Telecoms from January 2012 to September 2021 as a test manager, where responsibilities included leading the QA team and overseeing testing activities. Earlier career roles include serving as a senior test analyst at Standard Bank Group and software analyst at The IQ Business Group, specializing in Cobol development and testing for prominent financial institutions. Education was completed at Tshwane University of Technology with a degree in Information Technology, following a foundational education at Laudium Secondary School.
