Andreas Theisen

Andreas Theisen is a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Partner at J A Kemp since March 2023, Andreas previously held positions as a Senior Associate and Associate at Carpmaels & Ransford from January 2016 to March 2023 and as an Associate at Mathys & Squire LLP from February 2008 to October 2015. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London (2008-2009), a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Warwick (2003-2007), a BSc in Microbiology & Virology from the University of Warwick (1999-2002), and a Bilingual International Baccalaureate from the American Embassy School in New Delhi (1996-1999).
